    Hya folks

    Another returner here...:o

Well done to all the losers...:T:T especially Frogga, you are a great inspiration to us all!:A

I have not posted for a while and haven't even lurked regularly for the last few weeks. I weighed myself this morning...and I have put on so much weight, back up to post-Christmas binge and beyond.. I have never been so heavy in my life, and it scares me.

My back is still very painful (since early December), and I am unable to move much, never mind take "exercise". I am on so much medication, which may not doing me much good as I am still in a lot of pain I am trying to cut down some of the medication as it is really making me do-lally as well as giving me stomach cramps.

Still on the bright side, I do have my MRI scan this Thursday. On the downside, I don't see the specialist until mid-April though, but we will then know what is wrong..... hopefully!

So I am going to have to stop the nibbling in between meals and cut down my meal portions..again. I will also try to drop in here every day and post my food for the day, I am sure it helps.

Must go and check the freezer so I can plan meals for the next few weeks, including today!

Thanks again to all posters, it really does make a difference coming on here and really all your messages.

    So food for today:

B: HM muesli, soya milk & OJ
S: 2 mini mars bars (the last now for ages!)
D: HM veg soup, 1 slice hm bread spread with v low fat cream cheese; banana
    S: SF jelly & blackcurrants
    T: ?
S: toast & marg - better than cakes and hob-nobs!

Will pop in tomorrow - promise

    M

I think this place is so fantastic, so supportive and most of all SENSIBLE. This isn't about dieting for me, although I want and need to lose weight, it's about changing the way I eat for life.

    well said!:T :T :T

keiss - good luck with the scan!

welcome to all the new faces and the old ones too;)

RS - never had a problem with quorn - not like with real meat. Tonights quorn bolognaise went down a treat and with my new smaller portions not a sign of IBS:j :j :j I even left some of it on my plate which is a first for me!:D mind you the garlic bread was rather nice too:o :D

    well done Kitty!:T

just got back from work and am back in at 7am tomorrow so wont post till evening. Got my weigh in tomorrow night so it'll be fingers crossed time again for a STS or tiny gain.

    night all x

    Morning All,

Well as expected I went a bit off the wagon yesterday as I was sulking! Doesn't really help me tho! So I was thinking on my walk in today about when I mess up. The majorrity of my off plan food is late in the evening or straight after work. I now have a grand plan (i'm full of grand plans!!).

THE RULES (said in ominous voice!)
    1. Plan meals ahead inc. snacks,
    2. Record not only what I eat but when I eat it.
    3. No eating after 8pm.
    4. Take each day one at a time.

    So today's plan is:

    B - Yog (1.5) @ 8am
    L - Ham Salad in Pitta (3)
D - Salmon veg thing I made last night (3)
    S - Milk, apples x2, carrots, sf jelly. (1.5)
    House saving Targets:
    £17,700 / £20,000

    Hi folks :hello:

Feeling quite good today after feeling rubbish with an offy tum since weekend.

Foodwise I've not been tooooooobad:rolleyes: I had chippy last night as I was really late home/wet through but I only ate half of it and put the rest in the bin
The last 2 nights I've not eaten anything during the evening either - that's usually my worst time:cool:

    Today's plan.
B: 2 slices toast and marmalade
    S: geobar
L: wrap with a little hummus and a lot of salad, yoghurt
D: Stuffed mushrooms with garlic potatoes.
Fruit if I need a nibble
No exercise planned to day as I've pulled a muscle in my back whilst scraping ice off the car this morning:mad:

Tappy - good luck for your WI :T you'll be fine :j

    morning everyone

well, not a great day for me yesterday - had my book group in the evening which = wine, nibbles and pizza, oops! still, was pretty good the rest of the day.

    today:
b - orange, banana and kiwi fruit w. an activia yoghurt
l - steamed salmon fillet w. lime and coriander, in a granary sandwich w. salad and some mayo
    s - apple/pear, oatcakes, olives in brine
t - not sure, something from the freezer/store cupboard

great to hear everyone sounding so positive, must be because the rain has stopped!

Oh dear, well my food intake yesterday was okay but BF and I met some friends for a couple of beers last night and I really didn't mean to have anything. Never mind, I'll stick to my guns tonight!Today breakfast was a WM finger roll and a smear of peanut butter as I flew out of the front door + a small bowl of muesli and s/skimmed milk at my desk. Lunch will be the rest of the soup and a finger roll from yesterday plus a nice big orange and I'm not sure what dinner will be. Hope everyone has a good day.
It's up to me now and nobody else.

One thing I have noticed this week is that my skin has gone from being totaly clear to having a few sore spots, particularly on my chin and lower cheek. I wonder if my body is protesting at the lack of calories!
