Hello all. Been absent without a note for a few weeks. I kinda got into a rut and couldnt get back into the swing of things with different stuff going on. Ive managed to get away without doing too much harm but I just cant get below the 370lbs mark which will be 5 st lost.
Ive made a couple of changes to get back into the right mindset and lets see how it goes.
Today
Poached Egg on toast
Savoury Rice w/tuna
Bacon, leek and tatty soup
Hopefully I can get over this hump and start working towards a new target. This one has been the hardest to reach yet. I will promise to come back and post each day again, because I also let that slide for the last 3 weeks.
Obviously there are pages and pages of posts that I havent read through in the past 3 weeks so if you have lost well done, if you havent keep at it.

Morning folks :hello:
Not too bad a weekend, migraine carried on for most of it so I just ate what and when I fancied. WI this morning and have stayed the same so not too upset about that
I have dragged my Paul McKenna book and cd out again to see if that helps.
Today:-
B: Granary toast and marmalade
S: Geobar
L: Wrap with a little hummus and lots of salad, yoghurt and berries:think: not sure yet, the freezer and cupboards are full to bursting so I'll have a look when I get in.

I've just started slimming world, which to my suprise is more OS than I think people give it credit for - it's all fresh fruit, veg and meat - it requires me to cook at home more etc.
Already lost 8lbs, plenty more to go though! (1st!)Tim0 -
well done Tim_n :T several of us follow SW and you're right it does require lots of cooking from scratch - no ready meals like WW. I 'm at target with SW and have been there for just over a year so I'm living proof it works - just got to stick at it and think of it as a way of living not a 'diet' which has a beginning and an end, mind you I'm certainly not perfect but my mates here manage to keep me in line!:DDo what you love :happyhear0

Thanks for the enthusiasm Rockie :-)
Congratulations to all who have stayed on plan and/or lost weight and a special mention to Frogga for resisting the lure of cashew nuts.
Many thanks for the product reviews and recipes RS.
I went OTT on bowls or cereal Sat :-( but back on plan for Sunday and today.
Best wishes to all0 -
Hello everyone!
First of all - well done Frogga! That is an amazing result! That works out at an average of 5.25lbs a week! TBH if you had lost more you'd probably struggle to keep it off! Try not to look at your weight loss as one big lump so to speak! You've met your first goal fantastically now look to next one. Have you thought about 'weighing' your weight? Did you know that the weight you lost equates to 47 bags (200g size) of cashew nuts or 238 creme eggs!! :T
RS - that soups sounds yum and basically fat free I assume? How much flora did you use? Did you use veg oxo? Another question for you .. do you find that the splenda twinks hobnobs rise up rather than out? I made the original twinks this weekend and they were completely differenct! My low fat/cal ones look like little rock cakes! Yummy still tho!
Welcome back Isparticus! I hope you can make it over the next goal!
Hello to everyone else! Keep it up and hang in there!
Well ... back to me! I did A LOT of exercise this weekend. I went on the myfitness for 30 mins and I did a 12 mile walk at a fast pace up many hills with my friend - my butt and thighs are killing today! According to t'internet that means I burnt 1200 calories. I hope so because I had fish and chips for tea! I'm not convinced so I'm going to be very good all week - I hope!
Today is:
B - Yog
L - Pitta and ham salad (aldi's pittas are yummy! - recommended!)
D - HM Quorn chilli with veg.
S - yog, apple, milk for tea, 3 HM l.cal hobnobs
I'll go in the fitness woman for 30 mins tonight plus I better go on the Wii Fit for 20 mins or he'll get jealous!
Oh does - anyone have a good recipe for carrot cake - inlaws are coming this weekend and I fancy doing a carrot cake for them.House saving Targets:

Hi all,
Good day today, resisted all the cravings and managed to get through the day unscathed. May I also say WELL DONE FROGGA :T thats a tremendous acheivment, I thought I had mis-read it!!!
Just made a batch of lovely chicken stock after a fab chicken chasseur made from scratch by OH, very lucky lady I am
Not sure what will happen tomorrow evening as I am going to the match (Liverpool v Sunderand) so tea might be out of the house but hopefully I can choose something sensible as I am meeting friends in town so its unlikely scouse pies will be the only thing on offer
I will post tomorrows plan as I am likely to be very busy in work so may not have time to check in first thing.
B: Porridge made with water and skimmed milk
L: Lentil soupProbably a jacket spud or salad of some sort, usually the only reasonable choices in pubs but we shall see
S: Banana, clementine and apple
Also started having an actimel drink just to try and sort out my belly but won't make a habit of it as they are expensive0
