good afternoon, thought i'd better post before i go royally off the rails :o
its my usual story of the weekend. yeasterday wasnt good and todays no better. the only plus point is that i am still of sweet stuff for lent, the way i have been for the past 2 days i would have eaten loads of chocolate on top if i hadnt given it up.
am a bit woried about next week as i have lunches out mon, tues and friday (its with work) thats where the will power falls down.

    today is/was
    breakfast, 2 x wm toast
lunch: far too much veggie pizza and a handful of doritos
dinner, roast duck with yorkies, pots, cabbage, broccoli and carrots
    snack, muller light

i have to get the motivation back, its amazing how after only 1 or 2 days of eating badly it can go.

hope you are all having a good weekend,

Afternoon all! Typing on a shiny new curvy keyboard...look out for lots of typo's...

    Welcome Prudent!
Jane - Good luck with the March challenge and glad to hear your daughter is ok, but also hope she decides to get it checked out again. I'm up for a challenge but not sure what would be a realistic target for me unfortunately!
spugzbunny - glad you're having fun! I usually do half an hour workouts or if I'm lazy, 2 sessions of 15 minutes :p

Been shopping today and as well as this fancy keyboard my boyfriend treated me to some hand weights, romance is not dead :p A little prize for managing to get some weight off over the past two weeks, should aid me nicely in my MyFitness workouts. If I manage to lose another 3-4lbs over the next two weeks I get the next installment in my new fitness equipment collection, a stability ball, lol :o It's almost as if I'm being bribed  But I think it's better this way than me saying "I've lost weight, I'll reward myself with cake!"

Food today has been good for a weekend, apart from that slice of nut and seed cake I had yesterday :o Today has been:

Breakfast - Muesli with Soya Milk
Lunch - WM Deli roll with cheese and salad
Dinner - Huge baked potato with baked beans and salad
No snacks yet as I've been too busy! Will go and have a piece of fruit just now though.

Off for now, that's enough practice on this wacky keyboard, hope everyone has had a nice weekend :j

Marie just jump on the wagon - we CAN do this!!!!
when you go out try and order with your head and not heart!!

wyrd i think that's a great idea being treated by your bf to all those great 'toys' :T

i am sad because i did weigh myself earlier (on the wii) and i am the same as 4 days ago - and i really thought i've been so good  [sigh]
oh well, i did 20min on the wii and 2 hours in the garden so that should help!

    Sunday:
    milky coffee
    cereals/milk
    leftover pot. gulash
    muller yoghurt
    tea
    squash
    chicken,peas,rice

*Skulks back in hoping nobody will notice* :o

    Hi all,
Had a shocking fortnight when I look back on things and can't really find a trigger for it happening. All I know is I feel dreadful, my skin is crappy and it has to stop NOW

I have been eating puddings regularly, biscuits in work and eating anything for lunch that isn't soup and fruit.

So here we go, after a lovely roast cooked by OH I am planning my meals for the week to try and get some variety in and make things a bit more interesting.

B: 2 wholemeal toast with HM marmalade

L/D: Roast chicken with sweet potato mash, cabbage, cauli, carrots and peas

    S: HM Welsh cake

Hoping tomorrow will be easier but its TOTM soon so the cravings will be kicking in with full force. Better make sure I have plenty of fruit in work.

Well done to all the losers and welcome to all the newbies, hope I can get some inspiration from you all
  • New day tomorrow, fresh start to the week, chin up (chins in my case!)
