Hi everyone. Well, I braved the scales this morning and it was more than I thought but I'm not going to be daunted by the numbers. I know I have to take this one pound at a time. So I'm starting out at 13st 5lbs. It was toast for breakfast and it'll be leftover home-made beef caserole with the peas and sweetcorn that went with it. Tonight it's hm liver and (a little bit of) bacon pots and lots of fresh veg. Good luck everyone. It's up to me now and nobody else.0

Best wishes0 -

well done wyrdsister:T
Audrey Hepburn - well done on sticking to your plan!:T
Rockie - I had about a 1/4 of a portion of the fish and chips and was ok:j but I think any more would have been a different matter:D I think thats the way to go, my usual food but less of it instead of this low residue diet the doc wanted me to try plus it helps to chew more and eat slower.
Work again tomorrow but am taking my lunch with me to cook there of salmon with a sweet chilli and soy sauce topping and salad.
Not sure about breakfast yet or dinner.
Will be back tomorrow evening to see how you're all getting on xDo what you love :happyhear0
