Did ok yesterday until I had most of a Terry's chocolate orange before I went to bed....BAH!

Today I have had porridge with honey, milk and mixed fruit, cappuccino.

About to do steak stir fry with rice for dinner, apple sponge and yoghurt for pudding.

Started back to yoga yesterday, unfortunately will have to miss next two sessions, it makes me feel better even if I lose no weight.

Congratulations to all losers and good luck to all

Hi all, yesterday didnt end too well as we were at the hospital with my son to find out why he couldnt put weight down on his foot. So it was a chippy tea on the way home.

    Today
Coffee for breakfast before my course at the radio station.
Mince and mash for lunch at the station.
Chicken pie w/veg and boiled potatoes for tea.

I found out today that I will be volunteering every day at the station from tomorrow onwards. Im really looking forward to it, but its going to mean that most of my posts will be late afternoon now once I have left the station and picked the rugrats up from school.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

    Hi all

Bit late today as we have been busy but its been OK. Resisted the buffet at a function even though I was starving and waited until ten minutes ago until I could eat something I could count easily. That is 8 hours without eating which is a long time for me, usually I eat at 8am, 12pm and 6pm with fruit/yoghurt snacks in between so my stomach was rolling.

B: Wholemeal toast with HM marmalade

L: Nothing (could have easily bee sausage rolls, deep fried potato wedges and quiche)

D: Veg chow mein (not HM but at least I knew what it weighed and how much to allow so I didn't overdo it).

    S: Nothing

Hoping tomorrow will be a bit more balanced nutritionally as we have eaten out twice this week which usually involves too much salt and not enough veg.

RS I did have GBK yesterday, went for my usual falafel burger and only a half portion of fries so with my porridge and soup for lunch I think it will be OK.

good evening, just a flying one. i havent even had chance to catch up with the posts, hope you are all ok :D
not bad here, i am pleased to report that i sat through a 4 hr meeting looking at a plate of hm bleberry muffins and hm caramel shortbread and not a crumb passed my lips  its amazing that when i challenge myself to give it up for lent i can do it but when its just because i'm trying to lose weight i cant. its not as though i'm even particularly religious.

    anyway, today has been,
    2 x wm toast
    medium sushi box
2 slices of roast salmon, yum!
bowl of stew and 2 dumplings :o
    mullerlight and blueberries.

not too bad although[strike] i can see it slipping to 3 slices salmon[/strike] oops, too late :o

    have a good evening x
