I like jigsaws but can't do them because the cat comes and sits on them so I can't see :rotfl:

Yeah we used to have that problem. She either sat in the box of bits, or else sat in the middle of the fixed jigsaw and flipped her tail so it all broke

I do miss having a cat, but not always ;)

    Anyway, back on topic :o

Food today is fairly good coz I'm broke again coz of the car and there's 10 days till payday :(

b: oats, water and honey (no more runny honey left so not sure what I'll eat tomorrow)
l: HM leek and tatty soup from the freezer (forgot to bring my HM crutons :()
d: HM turkey and veg curry from the freezer and naan bread

Snacks - piece of fruit loaf. Nothing else, unless I cook cake or crumble tonight....

I won a camera worth over £300 and just need to find out where to sell it, before I get lured into it's 10 megapixels and lots of buttons and antishake mode, and want to keep it!! :D

Made it home resonably easily!! After this morning that was a huge relief, I remembered I had some grapes in the fridge at work so I scoffed them on the way home:D

I didn't have pasta, I had sweet potato and lentil burgers, 'fried' potatoes, cabbage and leek - all free on SW:D
Not had any pud yet but as I've only had 2 syns today I might have an Alpro chocolate dessert that's lurking in the fridge.

I'll probably have 2 Alpen light bars later for my 2nd HEB

Hope you're behaving yourself Frogga :naughty:

    See you tomorrow folks:A

Phew, got through second day of being good. Even did some yoga this morning!

So far had apple and omelette for breakfast, hot chocolate, soup for lunch, then some seeds and an apple and half an omelette again when I nicked some of my baby's tea. :o

I make that 800 calories-ish so far. For dinner will have whoopsie tuna steak (275 cals) with some veg in a lemon butter (70) and boiled potato and sweet potato (200)

Which will make around 1400 cals.

Which means I can have another hot chocolate drink later. :D

    Chuffed!

  • Hi folks and thanks for the welcome

Not had chance to post since I weighed in on Sunday and it was as bad as I feared - 19 st 13  Thats 2 and a half stone on since last summer
I really need to get a grip on the bingeing. I can eat really well for days on end then just hit the sweeties or toast and butter. I could live on bread and lurpak.........

Been to Wales today - over 9 hours of driving in a transit to help my niece move house. Didn't plan too well for lunch so had a sandwich from the services, but tea was ok - pasta and bolognese. Had sweets in the van though and ate quite a few chocolate eclairs. Will need to do an extra half hour on the eliptical trainer tomorrow to try to work some of the extra calories off.

Hopefully can get back into the swing of eating tomorrow as I'm back at work. Wish me luck, K x
