Hello everyone - well done to all the losers! :T Marion :T Spugz :TProcrastinoator :T Newlywed :T Shellbell. And Anyone I might have forgotten! Hi to Kitty and other newbies and welcome back Rockie!
I went for my hysteroscopy operation today and as far as he could see there was nothing awful going on in my womb. He tried to do an endometrial ablation but as I hadn't had an anaesthetic it was extremely painful and he had to stop. He did manage to get a Mirena coil in though so that should help me I hope. Thanks for you kind words over the last few days.
Anyway 80% of the stress and fear I had before the operation was because I was so ashamed about my weight and it has convinced me more than ever that I need to get down to a more normal weight otherwise I will have no quality of life.
Today I have had:
Breakfast (had it late morning when I got back from theatre in hospital) - 2 slices of wholemeal toast and cup of tea
Lunch jacket potato with tuna
Dinner - hm chicken curry with rice and a Weight Watchers mini naan bread.
Snacks - cups of tea and decaff coffee.
I made up some curry and chilli when I got back from hospital and froze them in individual portions, which should help with meal planning I hope.
Kitty - I sympathise with you about the bingeing - I am the world's worst binger - it is so difficult isn't it?
Hope you are all having a nice evening.Jane

Good morning
RS Glad everything went as well as could be at hosp. Well done with the cooking, very postitive action after such a stressful time.
Yesterday wasn't too good for me, the evenings are my worst time, I get very lethargic and want to pick. Teens didn't want my choice of dinner which peeved me, I got comfy with some mags and couldn't be motivated later to cook. OH made us macaroni cheese, had mine with tomato and brocoli. Today I'm going to put a bean stew in the SC and if they don't want it tough. They'll have to sort themselves out.
Bfast today was banana chopped into nat yog with a little cereal.
lunch - one slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter.
Dinner bean stew. Snacks - not sure need to buy more fruit.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb

morning all!
RS - glad things went ok yesterday, still waiting for my latest results. It is worrying after what has happened to Jade Goody isn't it.
Weigh in tonight for me - hope to STS again - even after a not too good week. Off to work later but only a short shift of 6 hours and I'm going to make us some butternut squash soup for lunch.
B - poached egg on toast with spaghetti
S - banana
L - HM butternutsquash soup with a seeded roll
D - having it later after SW - HM cheese and potato pie from the freezer with the rest of the spaghetti.
S - yoghurt
hope you all have a good day xDo what you love :happyhear0 -
  Arrrghhhh!!!!!! Why did my OH have to bake last night!!!!
The aroma was just tooooo much and I had a Devonshire split with jam and then 2 slices of bread and butter – bad Rockie
Hope today goes better, at least we haven’t got a buffet lunch at work today…..and my journey in was uneventful.
B: 2 sl WW bread with an egg before leaving home then a banana and a yoghurt when I got to work.
L: Pasta salad with a tbsp VLF mayo mixed with natural yoghurt.Possibly risotto of some sort. I had planned pasta but I’ve had it for lunch so don’t want to have it twice.
Snacks will be fruit and exercise will be walking again, bit miffed as I’ll have to miss tonight’s dance class due to the car being poorly
Nice to hear you're feeling better RS!
Frogga - we know you're ALWAYS good0 -
Hope you start to feel better soon RS.
Still maintaining semblence of control thus far today. Had first course of an apple, will have omelette or small bowl of muesli in a bit. Then head out to Tesco with a wad of coupons to see how cheap I can get my healthy weeks shopping.
Plan to use up a few things in the cupboard today:
breakfast: apple, muesli (300 cals)
lunch: packet pasta thing ( 300)
dinner: spicy beanburgers and veg (600)
No doubt there will be snacks in between to bring it up to the 1500 mark.2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
Yay Jane - so pleased you are back and everything is OK:j:j:j
Daily eating plan - yesterdays! Good morning everyone, the sun is shining here this morning, I had a good nights sleep last night, a good session in the loo when I got up:o;), another 100% perfect day on the SW plan yesterday so all is happy happy happy in my little corner of the world!
Ooh I shouldn't have said that, now the sun has gone behind some clounds that look like they are moving in fast! Oh well it was nice while it lasted!
Yesterday I had
Breakfast - I was starving so I had a large portion of my blueberry breakfast rice which I topped with a large dollop of 0% Total and drizzled with a tbsp of blueberry syrup (free, free, 2 syns)
Lunch - Left over pork chop in tomato and basil sauce with leftover mashed potato, carrot and peas (free)
Dinner - HM meatballs in HM spicy sauce served with tagliatelle (free)
I did make a chickpea cake yesterday using HEB portion of dried apricots and milk in my coffee for HEA. I loved this cake and it was very filling.
Snacks during the day were apples and pieces of cake! (free)
Love

RS, glad everything went ok and was good news for you.
Last night I blew up the toaster - it literally went bang and blue lights flashed from it  OH was not impressed but it has lasted at least 4 years
Not in a good mood today - coz of men - honestly  - and nothing to do with the toaster either
So food today:
b: oats, soaked in water with honey and nana, small chocolate bar
l: HM bacon leek and tatty soup with HM crutons
d: not sure yet.... was going to be smoked pork sausage with leek and butterbean bake but that's a favourite of OH so we have to see....
Snacks are erm, well I was in a seriously foul mood when I packed my lunch... a titan bar (like a small mars bar), a two finger kitkat, two more small chocolate bars, the last slice of fruit cake.
So far though.... only gave in to one small bar of choc so not doing so bad....working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

How do you make the breakfast rice please??? I could do with a new brekkie!
Free cake?????? Sounds very intriging!! I have loads of SW recipe books but don't recall seeing free cake *I would NOT have missed that* :rotfl:0 -

Morning all!
I'm glad to hear the op went well RS! I hope you are feeling well and that the coil begins to help.
Kitty - that's so funny - just yesterday I said I could live on bread and butter and my house mate was like 'really, it's so dull!' I love it and it's so bad! bread and butter and a bottle of port and happy all eve!
Newlywed - back away fom the chocolate - drop it.... leave.
Well yesterday went OK. I'm feeling a bit disheartened today tho - like there's no point, I can't stick to a diet these days. But .... I know that's not a good attitude so I just need to work harder. I don't understand how I can be so dedicated and hard working (and brown nosed!) at work but I can't treat my body with the same dedication?
So on that thought todays plan is:
B - HM raisin bar (1.5)
L - Usual Pitta (3)
S - HM Raisin bar (1.5)
(exercise)
D - HM turkey meatballs and whoopsie veg and carrot mash(4)
S - Blueberries and a muller light (2)
Milk (1)
I'm off out for a moon walk training session this eve. I've got to walk 3 miles tonight according to the training schedule so I've plotted a 3.4 mile route and I'll walk some and run some then on the Wii Fit when I get home.
have a good day all!House saving Targets:

Marions Famous Breakfast Rice
I like a warm/hot cereal in the morning and since I have switched to the EE plan on SW I only have 1 HEB to use during the day. If I have cereal in the morning thats it gone:mad:
So I came up with this - I vary it from day to day, for instance today I had blueberry and tomorrow probably rhubarb:j
Cook 1/2 cup of pudding rice in 1 cup of water for about 20 minutes (I use my remoska). Remove from heat put into a bowl, add fruit and a complementing muller yogurt and mix together! ie rice with sliced banana and toffee yogurt, rice with frozen blueberrys and a blueberry yogurt, rice with mandarin segments (chopped) and mandarin yogurt. For best results eat straight away while it is nice and warm! Tastes really nice and is very very filling! Also free on SW so can be made any time you fancy it really!
Marion
I will give you the cake one in a minute - I just made blueberry muffins - more or less free if you count the cooked blueberrys as a syn or not! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0
