    Morning all!

Well baby has had me up all night and finally I gave up and came downstairs at 5.30 and stuck on In the Night Garden for some peace.

So being very tired and up early combined with OH being away for the day means DOUBLE TRIGGER DAY! Really hope I can keep it together and continue being sensible - feel like I can at the moment. Just had a banana so far. Plan for today:

Breakfast: banana, apple, cheese omelette (400)

Lunch: mashed root veg with peas, carrots, and gravy (400)

Dinner: veg korma with rice and quinoa (600)

  • Morning everyone.
JoJoB - will you be able to get a nap later when baby naps? I remeber how tired I used to be when babe didn't sleep.
Some nice recipes posted yesterday thank you.The chick pea cake is intriguing.
Yesterday was quite good, I made lentil soup not bean stew, and had 2 big bowls full for my dinner. Found a lonely apple for snack. However not good on the exercise front. No walking done, must get out this morning and again this pm to make up. I'm so slothful.

    Good Morning Guys :j ,

Hello RS, Tappy, Gran, Newlywed, Procccy, JoJo, floyd, rocks, shell, Marion, Vixy, Spugzy et al

Hope you are all fit and healthy this fine Thursday morning. It's very peaceful hear as the Tadpoles are still in bed.

Thought you might like to know that

    a) I'm still not bingeing

and b) I have been asked to be involved on a series of psychological tests as a guinee pig (that doesn't look like I spelt that right  ) for a new book about eating dissorders and stuff. That's exciting isn't it? I'm not allowed to tell you anymore than that cos it's confidential and it hasn't been published yet, but It's by a dead famous Canadian medical lady who's got lots of letters after her name ;) They were looking for a very interesting, articulate, perseptive, intelligent frog and so obviously that's why I was asked :D Don't worry, I'll still talk to you all when I'm famous. I'll remember my roots.

If I can get through today and tomorrow I've managed to do 3 weeks!!! Yes, 3 weeks without bingeing ONCE! I rekon I aint done that for over a year.

Have a good day people xx

  • Good Morning all! Not managed to post for the last couple of days as I've had a slightly hectic schedule. Back to normal now though and despite my weekend of bad eating, takeaway, pub lunches etc I've managed to STS :D

This might be helped by the soul destroying hour and a half of aerobics I did on Tuesday and the half hour last night.

Please things went well for you RS *hugs* to anyone else who may need them at the moment.

    Food for today:

Breakfast - 2 slices of HM Feta and Tomato bread.

Lunch - Some leftover cheese pasta and salad

Dinner - A traditional Romanian salad (for the benefit of my romanian OH even though I love it too) made with boiled potatos, HM mayo, carrots, cucumbers, peas and all sorts of other things that I can't remember right now!

Snacks - A fruit smoothie while I'm at work this morning and some cherry tomatoes that need eating in the afternoon.

Planning for another spurt of exercise this afternoon, will see what my "virtual fitness trainer" thinks I should be focusing on :p

Have a nice day everyone! Might also go off later and bake that cake, sounds yummy!

    Morning folks :hello:

WOW!!!! We know a famous frog :j :j

I ended up haviong bubbble and squeak with poached egg and beans for my tea last night YUM! Followed by a yoghurt.

I did succumb to 2 slices of HM granary bread but they were very thin and I've sliced the rest of the loaves and frozen them, easier to defrost aslice than a whole loaf!!

Car is being mended today YAY!! I'll not tell you about my exceedingly smelly and revolting journey home last night:eek: _pale_

    Todays plan:-
B: 1 slice of toast with a smear of marmalade before leaving home, Marions breakfast rice with natural yoghurt and berries when I got to work. *tasty*
L: Salad with endame beans, fruit
D: Egg Florentine with SW wedges
Exercise - walking and dancing tonight

    Hello All!

JoJoB - Can I ask you how you recognised your triggers? Do you rate them at all (ie. major trigger, minor trigger). And how do you try to combat them once you've recognised them?

Today was Ok ish - a glass of wine and some crackers over. Not great but not an all out blow out!

    Today is:

B - Muller light (the new choc rage nom nom nom!)
L - usual pitta with only ham today
    S - Carrot sticks (woohoo)
D - something microwaveable as I'm not going home from work because....
Cinema - either a l.fat icecream or sml salted popcorn
Cocktails - Mojito and a vod or rum and diet coke.

Should be ok as long as i get something low fro dinner from Mr S or maybe Mr and Mr M&S!

Didn't do any exercise yesterday though - the rain thoroughly blew it and then i couldnt be bothered at all. very tired at the mo but I've told OH if he wants to read in bed past 11.30 he has to go into another room!

EDITED TO SAY - this is a very none-os day today! I apologise!!

    Hi all,
Still having snack problems, I think because the fruit I bought was so awful I can't eat it! Gonna make jam with the apples as they are tart but floury, plums might go into a crumble or might go straight in the compost as they were like sour bullets, now overnight they are soft tasteless ball-bags :rotfl:

Today I am hoping to be better but it depends how late I am in work  I panicked last night and thought I had put loads back on because I have been a bit ropey with portion control but I weighed this morning and still STS so maybe by Saturday i can shift something

B: Porridge with skimmed milk and water

L: Lentil soup and a yoghurt

D: Breaded hake with SW chips and mushy peas, my favourite tea :D

I keep thinking its friday then feeling really fed up when I realise its not :o

Can't wait to read the book Frogga, keep us posted :T

    Food today:
b: oats, soaked in water, honey (running out now so seems easy to reduce amount used :o)
l: carrot and lentil soup and crutons
    d: chilli wraps

Off to spent my last £10 on food later - hope I get paid soon :( Expect it will be a week yet though :o
