If you want your thread deleted, there's an email at the top of the page, abuse@moneysaving...

copy the URL and email it to them, asking them to delete the thread, and close your account, tell them your username. Use the email address you used to open the account. It is more likely to be successful if you are polite to them.

my eyes hurt now, and i definetly smell a rat with the entire post, and if its genuine i imagine that because you happily agreed to the price with the first guy and took his money for a deposit, then he would be within his rights to take you to court, and more than likely win.

courts are more justified here than there obviously, because he cant win anything in court!
