she jsut has it until its paid, and with her being 200 miles away its the easiest to get the payment take her the money, get the title, and deliver

it would have been easy if the guy would have just paid, got the title already! but now he is changing the whole thing

the form that im going to type up and copy so there is two copies should be the reciept, I should make him sign it to get the deposit back, and record the conversation incase he doesnt sign and says I just ran off with his money

Sell to the second, give the first guy his money back, explain you have had a change of circumstances and cant sell it

easy, this guy gave me a deposit, of 6% of the price, hasnt paid when he agreed to, and now dont want to pay until he has the vehicle

when the other guy will pay the entire price, take a recipt, and get the title the next day when I return!

she actually raised the price I owe her by a couple of hundred, but nothing I can do, she has the title and there was no contract so she can do whatever she wants

so with having the option of selling and giving her what she wants, and getting alittle bit back from what I was paying on it is not too bad, as long as Im out from under her wing and dont owe her anything, and the buyer has the title, we are all happy!
