If you're new to them then the account will be set up before you receive your online banking info, so as soon as you've set yourself up online, you'll be able to see it.
Oooh thank you ajaxgeezer, I thought I had started an online registration when I opened the account but nothing else happened. Today I did it again and was given a customer number and told to wait for an activation code . . . does that come by post or email?
Also, I've returned signed e-saver paperwork, how long do they take to process and send 'getting started' details?:hello:0 -
