I claimed Thursday too but I was thinking it would arrive in my account on Wed but I would obviously be happy if it's Tuesday!
They do say up to 5 working days
From what I've read most people seem to have their money in their bank accounts within 3 days. I think most of us claimed fairly early on thursday, so am fairly confident it will arrive tomorrow. But I am slightly anxious that there may have been a bit of a BACS backlog. With any luck the building societies/banks we have sent cheques to will be a bit behind also.0 -

I claimed on a Wednesday and the money arrived the following Tuesday. Hope yours comes quicker but don't worry if it doesn't.0 -
** dashes into the thread, catching her handbag on the door handle! **
hi guys, better late than never :j
nice to see all these familiar faces
it's getting very confusing out there...a lot of us have now got our dosh & want it tucked away safely in a new ISA. well, you can't!
it seems were all getting a different story from various institutions & whoever you speak to on the day
i think the consensus is that you can (possibly) open a new ISA, but it can't be funded until the Certificate is sent.
i've just read that the Halifax have told someone the funds MUST come from Icesave! that's not happening anytime soon...
if you're trying to get a fixed rate, you've got XX no. of days to get your certificate in before you lose the higher rate - so that's hoping FSCS will be efficient in sending them out eh? hmmm
have a good day everyone
p.s. for info -

In my experience when you click "change passowrd" they show half of your new password on the screen and send the other half of your password to your email address; is that not how you did it?0
