Finally made a small start to this challenge. Also managed to get a 0% deal from HSBC so have cleared 2 credit cards with that so all cards are now 0% or LOB. Calculated monthly CC interest down from £838  to £150 and looking to reduce it further so that as much of my monthly payments go towards capital as possible.

Hi All,
Not good news from here today, got our payslips and no Christmas bonus at all this year.
Im much happier to still have a job what with the current climate, but that bonus was going to go straight to my overdraft so im just going to have to work that bit harder from now on.
Have still got the telephone appointment with the bank on Fri to discuss changing the cc to a loan allowing me to get rid of the cc completely and then focus on putting any extra cash into my saver to start doing lump sum payments as soon as i can.
Well done to everyone for this month, i have even managed to pay more than i thought i would lol

drat on the lack of bonus, puzzledbubbles, but as you say, we have to be grateful that we get our salaries right now.

Hi all
Found out yesterday my job is safe, just waiting to hear the money side of things. Still not feeling stable in my job at the mo though as I don't trust the people who have bought us not to close us in a few months anyway (as one of the buyers has been known to do with another company before) but at the moment atleast I am not jobless.
I hope all goes ok with you madmich660 -
Hi Hypno, can you please include me for 20k? I think I was missed tucked away on page 17! Thanks.0
