I regularly raid the sales for next years xmas decs and also to get a head start on birthday pressies - as previously mentioned storing pressies for next xmas is a problem and it is difficult to know what children especially will be in to by then. But i grab what i can for birthdays as there is less of a problem for storage(unless like me you forget where you have hidden them!
) I have just bought a remote control dune buggy in Superdrug reduced from £24.99 to £7.49 for my daughters best friend and a set of alien walkies talkies reduced from £18 to £4.99 for my daughter. They were right at the back of the shop so you do have to search but well worth the hunt. Woolworths and Wilkinsons are also good sources for reduced toys at this time of year.

Homebase were selling off their xmas stuff last week, reducing items many times. Examples: xmas tree lights from £15 to £5, but best of all 7' Xmas tree with lights from £150 down to £30! They still had about 6 left when I bought one on Friday ( I bought on friday to get the extra 15 % off).0
