Hi All!

Well, have just spoken to my OH as he is at home today, and apparently there is a form from Barclays waiting for my attention!!

YAY!! So that will be completed this evening and sent super-duper, all singing-all dancing post tomorrow! (it WILL NOT get lost in the post!)

(good news - form here, bad news - can't access online statement to get all the info they need to complete the form. ANOTHER call to BC tomorrow..... verbal warfare here I come, especially as they haven't responded within their 3 day deadline for my message regarding accessing my transactions online!) What a bunch of ..... (insert any suitable offensive word! lol)

Ok, so form sent back to BC.... after spending 20-odd minutes on the phone trying to get the transaction details I needed to complete the form.

Helpfully, you can fax the form back to speed things along - unhelpfully the fax number on the form is out of date and the man in the call centre gave me a new one to dial!!!

Should hopefully see my money back in the next 10 days. Yeah, we'll see! lol

Good afternoon All!

Well, I hope you all had a good weekend? Mine was pretty chilled, which is always nice!

Checked online banking today, and nothing yet from BC... didn't really expect anything to be honest, but thought it would be a good start to the week! Ah, but I did have a response to the message that I sent BC about not being able to access my online statements (only 3 days over their 3 day response time!) It was blank. So thats a good sign! lol I will now log onto BC this evening and see if I have a proper secure message from them on there.... yeah, we'll see! lol

So, thats about it from me. Would just really like to sort out this BC fraud thing, get my money back and move on!

Hi All!

Well, I have decided that I need to be the driving factor in this whole card fraud thing - partly so things do progress and partly for my own sanity (I hate not knowing!) So today I called BC who confirmed that they had received my claim form by fax and that things were progressing. Money should be back to me by Monday Nov 15th at the latest. Fingers crossed!!

Added up everything that I owe OH last night and it came to £16,279.2 - so my guestimate of £16,300 wasn't too bad at all. He was a bit shocked when the holiday added up to quite as much as it did! He agreed that we had had an amazing time and it was mcuh needed; even if next year it won't be repeated!!! *BUDGET HOLIDAY!!* lol

Right, I am going back to ploughing through a pile of paperwork that I have inherited due to a member of staff being off! Deep, deep joy!
