I resorted to 'secure messaging' A&L twice; once about the interest rate on my savings account and the second enquiring how to set up 'pots' for my money. So we will see!

Well, I have had one reply from A&L - for additional accounts, I need to apply!! Cracking! Just what I wanted..... more forms to fill in! Think I might give them a call, got to be easier!
