Oh, another message from A&L..... interest rate on my savings account = 0.1% *nice*

So, I will be applying for some other savings accounts - where maybe, just maybe I will get a little better return on my money!

end = Mon 28th Sept 2015 DEBT FREE!
I love a good plan - it may not work.... but I love a good plan!

Just dropping by to report success in getting the £91.40 credit I had with my current gas and electricity supplier sent back to my account - better in my account than theirs!!! Also, as I have applied to change suppliers, I thought I would ask for it now rather than battle to get it back at the end.... not that I was anticipating any hassle! lol

Money should be with me in approx 5 days time.

Hi All (its all gone a bit quite on the diary thread again!)

Just recovering from a heart-thumping moment when I realised that I left OH with an old Tesco CC statement to pay (we haven't received the current statement and the replacement wont be here before the due date, so OH is paying it and then we will work out who owes what when we get the statement and I will pay him my share!) and since then we have had new cards, so the money went to the old card number / account. Actually spoke to someone in the UK (unlike when I called them last night) who was helpful and lovely and said not to worry as the money will be automatically transfered to the new card details overnight tonight - before the due date! Phew!

Have so far bought the grand total of 2 crimbo presents - the plan is to get them all over this weekend. I have ordered OH's present online and its being delivered from Scotland... fingers crossed it will be here in time!

That' about it from me for now. I hope you are all being good?

Thanks LT - life is soooo exciting at the moment! I am still waiting for my replacement statement from Tesco and also the code I need to bank online with them..... it is taking forever to get anything by mail at the moment - no post at all yesterday, again!

Well, today the last 2 x presents I was waiting for for OH arrived - not bad considering they were desptached on the 11th!! lol

Just a couple more bits to pick up this evening, then all done! YAY!

On the BOO side, today is our last trading day at work, but I have the joy of a 2 day stocktake to plough through until Thursday! I hate it with a passion - but there is no getting out of it - all staff are on a 'no exceptions' must be at work for these 2 days. Hopefully we can get it done and get out early on Thursday!

oh i remember the days of stock takes, counting nuts and bolts was so much fun! not! and certainly didn't help my excema. At least these days though i may have to fight for my job, i at least don't have to do stock takes.
