nat it's great that you've reposted your first post to see how far you've come. Two years isn't long in the grand scheme of things, you've no doubt changed in many ways which will mean once debt free it will not happen again. i've been here since Mar 2006 which is one heck of a long time but i can sort of see the end of the tunnel now.
Once you find out how to find out your A& L savings account interest rate can you tell me how to find out mine? :)

Hi LT!! Erm...... no! I still cannot find where it says what my interest rate is!! How ridiculous is that??? :rotfl:Nevermind, there's not enough in there (or for long enough) to spend too much time worrying about - sorry I couldn't be of more help!

    And hi everyone else!

Did you all have a good weekend? We bought ourselves a wii! (special offer in Sainsbury). We were toying with the idea of getting one as 'our' Christmas present to ourselves, and the offer was too good to miss. I said we should put it away until Christmas day, left the lounge for 2 minutes and came back to find it virtually installed! :o I 'spose it saves on the wrapping paper!! lol

Other than that, not a huge amount to report... in fact, nothing to report at all!

So, I am going to do some more work. Must sort out changing my gas and electricity suppliers this evening!!

but sometimes that's a good thing, as things worth writing about can often be negative.

    Morning All!

No snow here at all now - 6-8" down to nothing overnight Friday all courtesy of loads of rain - that was after the temp had dropped to a rather chilly -10!!! (mad considering it was +7 24hors later!)

I have a question and would like to pick your brains.... please?

I would like to get myself a bit more organised with money next year, and to help achieve this I would like to set up individual accounts with A&L that I can name for different things (not a new idea I know, but the first time it has actually seemed like a good idea to me!).
Now, I can find out how / where to rename my accounts, but for the life of me I cannot see a way of adding new accounts, or dividing the existing one into sections! Does anyone know if it is possbile with A&L and how I do it?

Many thanks in advance for your help!!! Nats x

sorry nat, i can't help with that, i would assume that you have to apply for new accounts to be able to do that.

Ah Nats honey, you'd think a brain of my capacity would know this.

Alas it's not to be.... good luck xxx

I can do sub accounts on my one account, I incorporate a mortgage, savings account (:p) and current account all in one, so it can be done:cool:

Lemon Tree, is Noty Norman some male escort service you have run up a big slate with???
