    Hi Rags!!

I 'spose the good thing about 2 very early mornings and 2 late-ish nights is that I was too tired to really go out spending!! Just could not be bovvered!! lol

I am really not a morning person AT ALL!!! But it had to be done.... I was much happier working 08:00 - 20:30 yesterday, am more of a night owl!!

Well done on Boot sale hun, and have to agree with Rags - that is early!!! And a long old day for the other overtime too!!! 12 hours - I'm very impressed (if not thinking you're a little mad, but can't blame you at all for doing it! ;))

Agree with Rags on overspend ..... it happens hun!!

Was DSS pleased with his £36? I would imagine that is quite cool for a youngster to get his own cash for stuff!!

:hello: to OBNW - don't think you're sad at all... just proves you're missing us :p

    xx

    Hi All!!

Its been a while hasn't it? Naughty me. :rotfl:

Well the good news is that I haven't fallen of the DFW wagon and I'm still trundling along nicely!!:T

    Just a quick update.......
    • Haven't sent any extra money to my HSBC account yet since payday. Offered to lend my OH £70 to pay the gardner for doing his mums garden. The house is on the market (his mum passed away last October) and the garden was starting to look untidy. We just don't have the time to do it ourselves, so we paid a friend of ours who gardens for a living. £70 well spent, and I will get it back from the bank when he submits the receipt! This will then go straight to my HSBC account - and will be more than I would have put over anyway! :D
    • Bootfair money all spent. A couple of drinks and then down our local harbour area yesterday. As well as some shopping etc and a new TV stand that came from another bootfair (that was a bargain... £15 and in immaculate condition - black glass shelves and chrome...NICE!)
    • Need to sort out more stuff for bootfairing - need to do another one!
    • Must get photos done for ebay stuff!!:o
    • Might do some ore OT this week. Notched up 3.5 hours last week so a few more this week would be good!
    Thats about it really!

    Bits for you guys.....

Rags - glad you have relocated your mojo!! (ps, DS1 and DS2 cute!!)

OBNW - steady on those margheritas!!! - and my stuff wasn't "rubbish!" lol:rotfl:(yes it was.... all of it!!)

Emms - well done on still being so positive and organised - I think I would have lost the plot by now!!

Angie - Mmmm - GG - thats whats making you smile!! A night away from money crunching - definitely good for the soul (especially if there's something good to look at!)

Elizabeth - There must be someone who could help you do a bootfair!!

Well, thats it from me for now! Keep going my little DFW buddies, there is a big reward at the end of of mission!!

I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON!!

There is nothing worse than having to get up early - but having spent the day before sorting bits out, I have to get up and go!!! Heaven forbid anyone tries haggling with me before at least 9am though!!! I like selling though - the challenge of making muchio money from stuff I would have classed as nothing special - most of it would end up in the landfill!!

  • Morning my DWFer buddies!!! My... how time flies!!

I have been popping in and out your diaries, just haven't really had time to write on my own.

So just a quick catch up in point form......
    • Was at work at 06:45 on sat morning (my day off) and did 2 hours OT - that made a total of 4.5hours last week:D
    • Another early morning for the bootfair on Sunday - we did quite well considering I didn't think we really had anything worth selling. We took £110 and DSS took £36 for his old toys and bits.:D
    • Still don't know where I am adrift on my shiny spreadsheet - nevermind!:o
    • Spent the last of my b'day money on Monday on a top and a pair of shoes..... went £5 over oops!!;)
    • Did 2.5 hours OT last night - it all adds up!!:D
    • total over spend for the bank holiday weekend.......£40!!
Thats about it really - nothing much happening on the Q.co front - been working too hard to have time to do daily clicks!

Just waiting for this weeks payslip to come in the post (late due to Bank Holiday) - then I can update my spreadhseet...... better than just staring at it longingly!! :rotfl:

Well, I will be around as usual - if I haven't made it passed your diary yet - "sorry" :o but I will do ASAP!!

    Love to all! Nats x

Hey Nats - glad to hear you're still on track! I think I used up all my car boot friends last couple of years... turns out no-one actually enjoys getting up early to take me there, so they were all one off's....
