Evening
Just had me tea and did a HM rice pudding for a desert. Dont normally have a pud but the oven was on and found a box of pudding rice on the rotunda:rolleyes: DD loved it and OH hasnt had his yet as he's having his back done and wont be back till about 8'ish.
All kitchen is tidy with my DD helping me, and she has had a bath and hair washed etc and we have just put a film on together "Polyanna"..great film and DD loves it.
DD's pack lunch all together for the morning, just need to make her sarnie in the morning and her drink and all will be done. She had a chicken and grated carrot sarnie today, so dont know whats she'll want tomorrow
Washload in WM already to go on in the morning. Its another darkish wash and have added 2 towels in-to fill it abit. Probably will have a couple more small bits by the morning and hopefully can be dried on the line as I dont like the towels dried on the airer as they go too crunchy..LOL.
Right, Id better go as DD is trying to cut her toe nails and shes going to be toeless in a minute.
See you in the morning.

I put a lamb casserole on this morning in my slow cooker... got home tonight with the flat smelling lovely ready to put the dumplings in! I got the atora out of the cupboard and realised I didn't have any self-raising flour.... what a nightmare, I've eaten it without the dumplings even though that's the best bit!! :wall:0

Miss Muppet,if you don't have self-raising,you can use plain flour and baking powder.I think its 8 oz flour to 2 tsp baking powder.0

Hi All,
I have had quite a productive day today. I made an enquiry regarding doing a webpage design course at my local college, and they are sending me some details. Have needed a new challenge since passing my driving test last year:D . I have also had my DS screaming at me, as he has nappyrash:eek: poor thing! Ended up using hypercal cream which seemed to sooth the problem. Also did my shopping online with tescos, and saved £15 thanks to a code from MSE. I'm planning on taking DS to a new mother and toddler group tomorrow, so fingers crossed he will be in a good mood. I also got round to putting a pair of boots I had on ebay. Go towards the holiday fund I think.

Haven't any of that either... I'm just not organised! Once I move to a flat of my own I will be stocking up my cupboards with all the essential stuff...0 -
