Morning!
Been up since 9, and managed to do a lot yesterday. Today I need to hoover flat, clean bathroom and kitchen floors, and go and buy play-doh. Im cooking a roast this evening, and have a guest staying so need to find inflatable mattress.
Also need to make some kind of soup/stew with beef and some of the lentil things that have been languishing in the cupboard since time began because I need to start taking lunches to work again. Hopefully ill be getting some bathroom scales today kindly donated to my weight loss cause by a freecycler, so ill be able to update the actual weight this evening (below is a guess
)
Shall browse the recipe board while having another :coffee:..... Hope you all have a lovely day!

Late coming on cos I've been swamped at work. Sunday's are usually quiet but it's all going on today.
Haven't eaten yet. Been too busy
Got roast chicken later and got the recycling to do.

Morning!
DD3 up for hours last night being ill. Great. It worries me when someone in the house gets sick - I hate the little ones getting ill (more so than the big ones - at least the big ones dont cry and you can leave them in bed)
WM on. And thats it. We are having Chops for lunch, traditional Sunday fayre with it! And some chocolate sponge for those who eat it all!
Thats about it for today. A day off ish. Ready for a busy week!
I have enrolled DD4 into Toddler Gym class and DD3 in Ballet/Dance. Its about £3 each a class per week (!) but if I do a hours overtime a week, that will cover it for them. Gets them out, meeting new friends - and to be honest if I take them, it gives me half an hours quiet study/reading time in the corner while they get on with it! :rotfl:
Thats about it for today. Sunday tends to be family day (the day no-one is allowed out on their own!), so its games this afternoon (like Fleas on Fred!) and when the babes are in bed, more games this evening!
Have a nice day all!0 -
Morning
Been trying to get into site since 4am, as I had a very bad night and was bored-OH & DD were both still asleep  ......never mind!
Washload on and will be dried on airer. DW still not full but should be by lunch time-hasnt been on since Friday nightToilet cleaned. Downstairs just needs a quick sweep and all is done.
OH ATM is preparing spuds and veg for tea laterand DD is stropping about upstairs. I swear im going to kill her-have had just about enough of her rudeness and back answering and really not well enough to deal with her today. She is always worse on my bad days, probably because she knows I cant do much
Have had our breakie of bacon & buttered mushroom sarnies. Remembered the chicken out the freezer too, so thats for tea later. Really wanted to make a quiche today but have no energy, so may put off till tomorrow or see if OH can help me later.
Lunch:Baked Spud with coleslaw and cheese
Dinner:Chicken, roasties, new pots, HM Yorkies, stuffing, carrots, cabbage, peas & gravy
Have a good day everyone.

Morning!
Seeing my friend/potential housemate today to go over some rental details for other houses incase my landlord doesnt come through with allowing him to move in with me here. Desicion has got to be made by 15th otherwise im going to have to leave cos i cant afford another month here alone! Urgh!
Thanks to my madness over last few days havent got much to do in the house at all.... wash the dishes and erm.. thats it! Have had breakfast, sausages, bacon eggs and tomatoes!Definetly not doing well on the eating healthy! :rotfl: Defrosting the stuff at the mo to do a mini roast for myself tonight.
Was gonna walk to sainsburys to do some shopping today (still boycotting tesco) but think i'll leave it as its gonna be quieter in the week than of a sunday! Did want the walk though.. so i might get dressed and head up to my mums. Just for the fresh air and exercise...
Might jump in the shower while im up there as i could do with washing my hair in a shower as i still aint got the knack of doing it well sitting in the bath and pouring a cup of water over my head to rinse it! I know that my way is much more O/S but theres just sometimes O/S isnt the best option! I mean i actually have a working outside toilet in my yard.... but i wouldnt expect anyone.. not even my worst enemy to use it! Would get a chill on your bits and might get a spider in places unimaginable...
have a goodun! x0 -
Good Morning everyone,
Had a great day at my pal in Dartford, got there about 12.a.m. and we sat and gassed till nearly midnight. Saw all of her photos of her last trip to Japan ,her and OH like to go travelling around the world quite a bit. Got home after midnight and didn't turn into a pumkin. Very cold this morning ,a bit of snow here yesterday. Going to my youngest daughters house for dinner this afternoon. Lots of quality time with my five grandkids there.Possibly a Monoploy Marathon coming up this afternoon !Feeling a bit chilly so I'm off to get my dressing gown on
Bye,have a good day0 -
PP - don't worry - my 6yo boy sounds like your DD
He strops, answers back and stamps really hard when he has to go and do something. He's very good at denying he's doing something wrong, even to the point of still doing it when you're telling him
The only thing that makes him take note is me telling him I don't like him when he's naughty and don't want anything to do with him. Smacking his backside isn't working but he hates it when mummy doesn't like him (He knows I always love him though:))
johanne - there is still an outside loo at my mum's and it's in daily use. She has got an inside one, I hasten to add0 -
Had a lie in (for me anyway) until 8.15!! DS1, DS2 and DH were downstairs watching Toy Story (AGAIN!!!) DS1 has just come back from swimming lesson.
Have, so far, ordered shopping from Tesco online for delivery on Wednesday and put WM on!! Not much housework to do today as did most yesterday. Need to take some paper/cardboard to recycling and some clothes to charity shop, put last few bits of xmas stuff in loft, do some ironing and hopefully get an early night!!!
Having pie with mash/veg for lunch today (trying to make sure I use up my freezer stuff!)
Hope everyone has a great day!!!!:wave:20p Saver Club #33 60p/£100
