sorry!! Well, put it this way..I wont ever forget you, and whenever I see an airer..I will think of you and have a chuckle
Finally cleaned the glass shades and cleared out the 3 drawers in sideboard so am very happy. Achieved quite alot today.
Need to remind OH to get the chicken out of freezer for roasting tomorrow. DD has completed all homework for monday, so she can chill now. OH (drinking a Guiness) & DD currently watching E.T, but she needs to have a bath after. Her hair needs to be washed daily ATM as is quite greasy, but think its her hormones. Shes just turned 11, so about that age
Collected the voucher today from the paper but havent looked through it properly yet, so will need to read the T&C's before fully deciding

Off to Tescos today (yes I know Mr Rage works at ASDA but he hasn't got his 10% discount yet so until then I gather my clubcard points whilst I may!). Christmas wrapping paper - 5m - 17p!!!!! got two and they are now under the wardrobe for next year - also have christmas puddings reduced - "use by June 2007" - two of those in the basket (would have got more but Mr Rage pulled funny face....) total "big shop" £99.05 - yes, I know, lavish - BUT bought lots of stuff to keep us going until mid-Feb at earliest - lots of loo rolls that sort of thing - also some reduced stuff - they were marking down pilau rice to 30p a tray so i hovered until they had put two back on the shelf and then they "flew" into my trolley shouting Mummy - well, Mr Rage always moans when we do a curry about the rice so chicken curry tomorrow will be puuurrrrr-fect. managed to get quite few bogofs as well so my pms is over the target - but then i have to say that that is caused by banking £12 in change. all we will need to buy now will be fresh veg off the market and milk as we got a load of bread making supplies too. tomorrow i will be making a major investigation into whether a package to turkey (for the eclipse 26/3/06 if you're interested) or a cheapo flight and a villa is cheapest. i want to go armed with all my facts to the travel agents and say "beat that" just in case they can - although when we went to the states a couple of years ago I turned up with the flight price from expedia and the girl said "nope, can't beat that, book it now before it goes"! :T lovely staff in the local travel agents (although I've still never worked out how a weekend in belgium turned into a week in egypt for the same price a few years ago.......
) anyway, i will be vegging out tonight with my orange squash (newly decanted from the industrial size bottle Mr Rage found - incidentally he did the same with coffee too - the amount of time I spend on this site must finally be registering with him - hurrah! :money: ) and a yoghurt :A (my body is a temple) and my sewing - gosh the excitement of it all
But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0 -

Congrats to Mrs B - I still can remember how excited I was when pregnant with my first. Also congrats to Rage in Eden, although I have only been posting a short while I have read your posts for sometime & I can imagine how you will enjoy giving your notice!
Can't think what you mean   actually today 'round tesco Mr Rage asked if I had enough cordial to keep me going at work - "Oh yes" I said "until I finish" - and smirked!!!! I'll be sad to leave some of my colleagues but not that awful woman................But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green0 -
Evening all :hello:
Had a quiet day today - OH at work - should be ready to come home soon - when he calls I will start dinner - have been caught out a few times having dinner ruined because of his OT (he is a Fireman and can't just clock off at 6pm)
Washing has been brought in from outside and is now on MATH (sorry couldn't resist it) - Snowy - I also use my banister at the top of the stair for sheets etc and if really stuck small items as well.
House is really tidy - I must have really drummed it into OH that from now on he must do his share and that it is quicker to put away/tidy than leave lying at his a*** - it makes my days off (at the weekend only) so much easier - I now feel relaxed.
Made Oaty biscuits this afternoon - found the mixture quite crumbly - should I have added a little milk maybe hold together - they do taste okay - I added some choc chips and golden syrup to the 2nd batch mmmnhh
Soup is in the SC - smells lovely - my dad loves HM soup and is coming tomorrow to watch the footie armed with empty dishes wanting to be filled with soup.
have now opened a bottle of red wine  (local Spar had 4 for £9.99 - tastes great) - starting health kick on Monday both of us
Take care all and have a lovely evening

Been watching ET too! DD3 (3yo) declared at the "death" scene, "I am not crying mummy, my face is just wet".
I have decided that my star buy of 2005 was my food proccessor (Bought with boots points!) I made a Quiche today, more mince pies (got loads of filling cheap), apple pies and a sponge cake. I have never cooked so much! It was only a cheapee thing - I may save my PIN money for a bigger/better one - especially as I know I will use it!
Had HM quiche for tea, with salad and HM chips (baked not fried). WM is going again, but the basket is nearly empty (for about 12 hours I would say !LOL!)
I need to get the sewing machine out when the kids are in bed. DD3 bought herself a Cinderella dress with her Woolworths vouchers at Christmas, but it has a thin netting over the skirt. This stretched to oblivion on her first wear, (by about 2 inches!), so I need to take it up tonight as she wants to wear it tomorrow.0 -
My, everyone's very busy at the moment!! It must be a new year thing as I've spent the last week trying to get my house straight, clean, decluttered and organised!! Haven't even had time to post on here recently!!
Have 3 bags to go to charity shops, have taken loads of paper etc to recycling and have donated 3 black bags of toys to my son's nursery! My filing is now all straight (and in one place!) and the house is clean!! Did 3 loads of washing today and last load is just in the dryer. Still have some clearing out to do - but have given myself the night off!!!:D
Was up at 6.15am today, cleaning all morning, took DS1 & 2 to party and then came back to, you guessed it, more cleaning!!!! PLan to do my ironing tomorrow morning!!
Hope everyone has a good evening!!:wave:20p Saver Club #33 60p/£100

Night all, glad to hear some people are also having a good day, had a lovely day shopping with my mum while DH looked after DD and DS. Had been dreading the bomb site I was going to come back too but no he had actually caught up on most of the washing and tidied downstairs (will manage to get upstairs under control tomorrow/monday). Came home to find DH and neighbour drinking lager whilst all kids just played happily so joined them with a bottle of beer. Just finished a lovely supper of a selection of Tesco finest products reduced to £0.20 each - lovely and filled the freezer too.
Hope to get more sleep tonight than last night.Joined slimming world Feb 2010

Morning all,
Am off again today, so I want to do some work on my part time business, and clean the house. Need to hoover everywhere, and dust. There's washing drying everywhere in the livingroom which should hopefully dry later today. Need to give the bathroom a good clean over too.
Depending on how the weather takes us here, I might try to go for a walk with OH this afternoon by the seaside . I like to try to get out and do something nice so I know I really have had a break at the weekend rather than just running round doing chores instead!
Have a good day all,sarahYesterday is today's memories, tomorrow is today's dreams0
