  • I don't know which one to use either.
Maybe if we both Email ebay and tell them his seller account as well as his "buyer/rip off" account they will surely have to listen.
He also owns a business where he lives. That's the address he uses for his "buyer" account so may well be that his seller account is under his home address??

Not too sure about that. He may be "living" at 2 addresses? Perhaps if you contact 1 of his/(her?) buyers and ask what address-(I mean dissatisfied ones though!)? Although when you are a BUYER, full address of the seller is not given out.

    Look what he listed:

im puzzled. he seems to leave positive feedback as and when he feels like. But negative when he's having a bad day  He has about £1 to gain from selling this faulty phone, obviously he can't make much use out of the parts.

It seems he has kept the battery and judging by what this thread has revealed so far he may of swapped parts out from inside the phone to put into another broken phone. He has very cleverly put for spares or repair only and untested further so if the phone doesnt work he can fall back on that and escape a neg by resolving it with the buyer.

He'll make his money back on the working phone he has made up using this and others broken phones so I guess getting back what he paid for this one is still profit for him! also lets not forget he may of got a partial refund from this seller, and left a positive because quite simply he got his own way. :naughty:
  • They won't remove the feedback.

ebay will remove feedback if the seller proves the buyer is lying-this has happened to me

What I meant was instead of selling WORKING phones, he has decided to sell on FAULTY phones for a change since his 'business' is not going well at the moment...:o

He has kept USB cable and headphones so a profit to those 2 accessories... (and last but not least, 'ahem' - a partial/full refund from the seller...)

In my opinion I do not think Ebay will do !!!!, they have millions of members and out of those millions how many complaints do they get each day????

this has been an unlucky sale for the OP and she is going to lose, this idiot will be an expert at this scam and will get away with it this time and time again.

Ebay has bome a victim of its own success.

Let me tell you and i have read this fact. i mainly buy and sell golf equipment, until a few months ago, apparently from a good source over 80% of golf equipment are fake on Ebay, this is from a major golfing manufactorer.

Ive had fake equipment, but you only know they are fake when you have a problem with them and send them back to manufactorers, unless you have a problem with a fake and they are good fakes you will never know.

I bought a fake club and according to the manufactor, which is one of the leading brands, it was one of the best fake they had ever seen.

What chance have you got with Ebay!!!
All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

Has someone contacted the seller of the pink phone to see if he tried to negotiate a partial refund??
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
  • notice he is also selling a LG lilac phone which he bought on other account

I have done now thanks. I don't think he does it to everyone as it would make it too obvious he knows what he's doing. I'll wait 4 reply anyway.
