What a great diary, I have just read through it all. I'm gonna have to subscribe to it :j
As for the things to do before your 30, I have a list of short term, medium term and long term goals, but nothing fun on them, so am gonna add some!
Good luck with your DFW journey

What is one supposed to think about edited out bits on the list, they're hardly going to be along the lines of walk the dog along Southend sea front, :rotfl::rotfl:
I've used my imagination and I think the edited bits are very racy indeed
possibly more like doing the dance of the 7 towels for Brad Pitt...

Wednesday
Well, Wednesday is here (well, more than half way through...) I feeling very silly today and really Christmassy so I'm going to use this energy to fight my way through the crowds after work to get as many presents as I can for as cheap as I can.
Tonight I hopefully finish the clearing out of the paperwork. I feel quite ashamed actually. I have receipts and delivery notes all over the flat... It is atrocious but really needs to get sorted out so I can find all the evidence for my exception for the evil council tax lady (that is her full title by the way...)
I also have post at my parents I need to pick up on my way home. My mum told me the name and address on the envelope and I am strangely hopeful that it could be a cheque. I'm waiting on my excess and refund for over payment after a car accident almost two years ago. The excess is £400 and the overpayment could be anything really (Because I had two outstanding claims at renewal last year I had to pay £950 for the year... it was ridiculous!) I had 3 car accidents in 2007... but if I say I still have 3 years no claims I think that is enough to prove I'm not a terrible driver!
I also have 2 episodes of Heroes to watch tonight! Woohoo!
busy busy bee. Leaving work shortly. Have a good evening everyone.
KT.
ps. I'll need to put the heating on in my flat for a little bit cause it is really freezing or I'll end up like this wee guy!

Thursday
So, I didn't get to pick up my mail from my parents because they were both out and have changed the locks... This is about the time when the only child gets a complex... I could be a few hundred better off and have no idea.
I also didn't get any more of the paper work sorted out cause I took too long Christmas shopping. I think I am about a third of the way there now but I havent got mums, or OHs which are the big ones.
I only watched one episode of Heroes...
I think I possibly put too much on my list yesterday..
More later.

My parents were always threatening to move away whilst I was out the house! :rotfl:You could develop the complex and get them to give you the few hundred now out of guilt...:rotfl::rotfl:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

I'll tell my mum if she doesn't give me the new key then she doesn't get her Christmas present. at least that'd be one less to buy! hee hee!:hello: - Proud to be dealing with my debts!:j DFW nerd No. 1011!

Good plan! Better make the Christmas present worth it in case she only gives you a plastic key....:DTotal debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Uh-oh, just stumbled upon this thread and now I'm going to have to make a list too
I sort of did something similar when in 2007 I turned 25 and decided to 'grow up' - so I put my mind to paying off my debt, getting a decent job, learning to drive and buying a car, and finding myself a nice man
- all of which I did, but then 2008's been a bit of a lazy year, though very enjoyable. I think if you do put your mind to things then you do get them done.
I'll be 27 in Feb so maybe just a 30 by 30 list, but the cogs are whirring into action now so might end up being a 100 by 30 one if I'm not careful
For now I'm off to follow that link you posted about the random acts of kindness - it's something I've liked the idea of since I saw Amelie.
Thanks for the inspiration KT! :TWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0
