    if i wasn't run/walk at the start i wouldn't ever have begun...... and that's what my runclub advocates.. how can the whole of the running fraternity, every website i've ever looked on, every book i've ever read, be wrong and one person be right.....
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
