I wear my contact lenses in the pool - I know you're not supposed to but I need to be able to see what the kids are doing! :o

Hi, I've been lurking here for a while, but I'll jump in here while I have something relevant to say. ;)

Instead of wearing contact lenses in the pool, you can get swimming goggles with prescription lenses. I bought a pair a couple of years ago when I learned to swim properly. My local optician charged about £35, so somewhere like Specsavers will probably do them for much less.

I'm off to bed now. Night all.
