I am already enjoying plodding hippo......I am greatly in favour of the run walk method. I know its probably psychological but whatever gets you from A to B....its not always about coming first (or even forty seventh in my case)!

I was offended by Lucifers comment mainly-I felt it demeaning.
It is not restricted access so obviously ok to go on-they were completely unprepared for me to start today and I spend most of the day asking for things to do!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

have looked back, i don't think she meant anything by it babes.... just a throwaway comment...... i was mid crisis at the time so probably didn't even really think about what she posted, or follow it up with something friendly cause i was having my thread rage incident!
