Actually,
Im going to be slightly controversial tonight-
I felt that the 2 posts directed to me regarding going on MSe at work slightly upsetting-my guess is the weren't meant to be, but it upset me.
As well, I will not revisit the DFW thread as anyone that upsets my friends are not people I want to be around-I have Sammy, Maz, IA and Snags that (and Sally!) run and post on here so that is all I need. I don't need that thread to keep me motivated.
There, I said it.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
nah, that's ok Sammy - I just know I'm never going to do a marathon...........shucks...........:rotfl:
I've just had a sausage related pan fire - it was cool!!! (actually it was quite hot!)
I was browning some sausages and instead of turning them , I shook the pan - a bit vigorously - a bit of fat/oil must have escaped and the whole pan went WHOOOOMMMPPPHHH!!
It was great! I felt like a proper chef :rotfl:
Just a good job I hadn't turned on the extractor fan

can you swim? That is what I'm getting into at the moment as I find it easier on my hips than running (I had SPD in pregnancy where you go all springy!) I am !!!! at it but like plodding hippo I believe in slow and steady!
DD - I had spd in pregnancy and I think IA did too...my hips were amazingly fine once I'd had my chloe.....I can't swim, too scared of drowning and so get neck ache from trying to keep my head above water. i really could do with going on a swimming course like Maz did...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I am already enjoying plodding hippo......I am greatly in favour of the run walk method. I know its probably psychological but whatever gets you from A to B....its not always about coming first (or even forty seventh in my case)!Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
