You know sometimes how you feel like a situation is spinning out of your control? Well today I grabbed it by the b*llocks and took control again. I feel 100x better.

I altered my post after you quoted it, sorry hun. I can't be too specific on here, but see above.

I know you can't, dont worry. I'm not discussing my day on here, for the same reasons

If thats the case then why - when I do a personal training session - does the trainer work one set of muscles, then another, then go back to the original muscles again....surely that is the same prinicple. It means you can work them a bit longer without getting fatigued and therefore make them stronger.....

Sam,
It's a ladies only gym-I did 2 circuits and the 15 on the power plates-wobbled me wobbly bits.
Skinty-the one office downstairs where I was today is good-really like them-when I went upstairs to be introduced, they all looked a miserable bunch and barely even looked up at me and only 1 lady *kind of* smiled-I think they need a bit of shaking up, Bunny style! (read between the lines-miserable gits)
Won't be able to go to the gym tomorrow as DH is driving to Dundee and back to put in a Spa. Yes, I did write Dundee.
Will go Wed to gym and Fri as well-will run Sat I think-I am a chicken and hate running alone in the dark...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Bunny - I meant at work, not the gym.......:rotfl:
And - YOU MUST NOT RUN ALONE IN THE DARK!
Whilst I have no doubt you can look after yourself...(thinking a smack up the side of his head!) you might get run over.......you see far too many squashed bunnys for my liking.....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
