  • FF - safe travelling!

Soappie - your DD is a star. I'm glad you're feeling better, but you're right to go carefully so make the most of DD coming over again. Sounds sensible to have at least another day off work too.

Ashia - the puppies are doing well, thank you. I wasn't too impressed at being wakened at 6.30, but it was coz they needed to go!

DH has surfaced, so I think I should go and get dressed, reload the washing machine and do some vacuuming. I think the rain's eased off but it's not nice enough to hang out so I'll be hanging the washing in the shower room!

That's exactly what I did Tag!!! I was given mine (6.5l Morphy Richards) without the knob. I ordered the replacement knob online, (£2.78) and downloaded the instructions.

I love it so much! Particularly after I read the slowcooker thread, and picked some tips from there.

You've got the same one as me then.
Have you tried any of the receipes in the instruction booklet?

I'm in Summermoon. Hopefully I can get most of the cleaning/tidying out of the way before setting off for shopping (Mr T's opens at 11, must think about what shopping to get). OK, sort out shopping list then HHC...must find sunday list actually.

Soappie - Glad to hear you feeling better, just don't do too much, we'll be watching.

Pigpen - Good luck with the party, wish I could work as effectivly as you on such little sleep. I'm usually okay for a day or two then i'm wipe out til I get some decent sleep...which is increasingly hard to come by annoyingly.
