Ditto !
Cancelled my order too (Order Date: Dec 31, 2005 at 09:28 PM GMT).
Even after me phoning them yesterday about that duff Olympus email too.
So i just phoned phoned them again today and they said it's now out of stock.
Customer service VERY POOR.
Not using them again either. Not impressed !0 -
It's still on the website for sale.

I wonder if this is a misprice? The price is far lower then even a refurb price and from what I can see their general prices are normally fairly high.0

A CS guy checked other Nikon Coolpix stock for me and discovered that they're all out of stock, despite them all being still very much clearly displayed as being "shipped in 24 hours".
At least they haven't taken payment, which they don't do until the items are shipped.0 -
What can we do next?
Is this the type of case Martin would take up with Apple?
Anyone know the name of the Chairman of Apple and the registered address?

Yep, theres far better MP3 players out there including ones made by Creative, iRiver etc.RedOnRed wrote:I wonder if this is a misprice? The price is far lower then even a refurb price and from what I can see their general prices are normally fairly high.
Yes this well might be the case, I was sceptical when I first placed my order as the lower spec models (Nikon Coolpix 3200, 4200) were priced higher (£99).
Whats the best way to complain collectively? Can't let them get away with this. :mad:0 -

How about lining them all up in front of a wall and...throwing apples at them? Cooking ones!keithwjones wrote:Anyone know the name of the Chairman of Apple and the registered address?

The Nikon 5200 is now marked as 'Currently unavailable' on their site. Better late than never.I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0

anger/disappointment however should not be misplaced onto Nikon. The camera involved is still a brilliant camera at £90 or £150..... however the service here is obviously awful.... Many people have been affected by this and maybe with the right way about going about this... people will get the proper apologies and refunds from accesories etc.0
