  • Well haven't managed a no spend day as heading out to meet friend for meal tonight, however that should only be about £4 as have BOGOF Vouchers... Planning the next two days to be to make up! Really happy that I got the work this weekend, looking forward to doing it now and making my bank balance look better - still need more somehow to reach my target I've set for myself... not sure how I'm going to manage to make the rest, but I always seem to manage to get near so just got to keep trying. I sent an application form to a bar in Birmingham who haven't come back to me, I might just give them a phone call to make sure received and see when they're planning on hiring :)

  • Ok - today is going to be a NSD - and that's a good thing, because this weekend I have to wear black and I'm tempted to go buy a new black dress specially for it!? Ridiculous, I have plenty of black dresses already! So this being a NSD is going to prevent that happening.... though just realised :( I've forgotten my lunch!!!!!!!! Ahhhhh!!!!!!! :(

Oh and just remembered I have a cup a soup as well :)

You can do it!!! Just think of the feeling of achievement at the end of the day when you know you did it - not spent a penny :-)

  • Well I've had lunch and not brought anything so spicy parsnip cup a soup is going to have to do!!! I went into Primark, picked up a pair of boots and necklace then put them back down again... need to sort out clothes and boots at home and mend what can be mended, sell what I don't want and throw away anything that can't be saved... I think I'd find I have loads of clothes that I want to wear then!!!

I love that sentance, it makes soo much sense! If only I could apply it! :rotfl:Tonight I am going to make a start and sew 2 buttons back onto one of my favourite tops that has been lying dormant without them!
