Ok - have found THREE bar jobs to apply for - one I really want at the Q club in Birmingham - it's not every weekend just when they've got an event on so that would suit me perfectly, means I can find other bits inbetween and not get too bored!! Still going to apply for Xmas Temp work though as I reckon I could do both easy enough! Have put myself forward to work and booked my coach ticket so that's all sorted now for the 20th. Have checked and those cheques were definitely meant to start coming out yesterday?? Oh well I'll just have to wait to update my siggie! Maybe I'll search out Vanquis bill to get a true figure there!!
Anyone in the Birmingham Area by the way it's Artfest this weekend - so lots of free gigs and dancing classes, poetry reading and theatre - check out the webiste there's loads going on and of course favourite word it's all FREE!!!Debt Free since 2012Current Savings £1,400Current Mortgage £143,398.270 -
3 cheques have gone out - scary looking at my bank statement now! Only £50 in there
Oh well need to update signature and then recalculate what is coming out of bank this month... I may have been optimistic thinking I could pay off 3 in one go! (I have already paid a £125 one earlier this month!)Debt Free since 2012Current Savings £1,400Current Mortgage £143,398.270 -
Ok so here's the deal £35 in my bank - £35 in my purse = £70
Direct Debit £50 coming out 16th (Interest and reserve charges will come out on the 17th- these will be about £70 but I just have to let me overdraft go over to take these into account - I won't get charged for charges...)
I think that I need to put £15 in my bank and leave myself £20 to last me until I get paid after working the 20th.... I NEED to get some more money together to try and get myself on an even keel for starting next month with.. this means I need to be making some money on ebay and quickly due to taking so long to get the money across to my bank after selling!!
Ok well at least seeing it in black and white I know it's possible... for a second there I was thinking of panicking and getting another £100 loan!

Thanks - I'm determined too! Just had an email asking for me to sign up to an events agency at lunchtime today!! Lucky I have my passport and can print off CV and pay slip at work else it's a bit late notice!! Hopefully should get some work from that thoughDebt Free since 2012Current Savings £1,400Current Mortgage £143,398.270

So - I'm on the books! It's the all the big exhibition centres in Birmingham and I've been asked to work 3 days next weekend! I've had to say no as I've already got the Marshaling event which is a shame but, once I've said yes I don't want to go back on my word! Hopefully more stuff should come up soon though

Yes - Just hope I'm free to work them! Everyone is turning 30 this year it seems - I have THREE 30th birthday weekends in a row starting next weekend... well if work comes up I'll have to find a way to work around them!! Just had someone contact me about an old gumtree ad I'd put up asking for bar work - some bar I've never heard of in Birmingham City Centre!? Going to send my CV and a photo and tell them I'm available this weekend! That would just be perfect if they needed me asap!! It's all go go go isn't it!?Debt Free since 2012Current Savings £1,400Current Mortgage £143,398.270
