CT...have you got Publisher ? It should be easy to do with that Or how about using wordle? Does he have any hobbies? Maybe a flippin Men card
If you dont have publisher I think there are a few free version you can try
Flippin Men range...I have all off them I can always send you one
Kim...If you have a printer I can make you some spotty flowers Just PM me your email and if I get chance I will make them tomorrow if you want them let me know what colours and how many

Hi Saveapenny,

Glad to hear that all is well with Harry and your DIL and that they are on their way home.

I haven't got publisher, but will have a play around on the PC and see what I can come up with - hopefully something half decent, but will post a pic when its done. Thanks for the offer - if I need one i'll let you know. I actually know nothing about him to be honest, apart from liking to relax with a drink. Not that close to OHs Step-mum either, so can't really ask her what he is into.

Saveapenny, so glad that the preciois little VIP is coming home, time to breathe out now!

Quiksave I love the girly card with the flowers and swirls, your handwriting is magic. Princesspoppy, love the handbags, mumhug, love the pink card and rainmac wow! If I've forgotten anyone, I apologise 'cos yesterday I had to WORK which is most unfair, I truely feel that my presence here at work should be enough but alas, no, work is expected of me (mutter...mutter...about lack of understanding!!)

Thank you all for the kind comments on my two cards, I really do appreciate it, I am always reluctant to post up pics of my cards 'cos you all do such beauties yourselves. I've had the Laura Ashley papers for some time as Artymiss often have them on the daily specials and the big flower was part of some stash I bought from another UKscrapper. The 'market place' on www.ukscrappers.co.uk is often worth a look especially if you scroll back a page or two, you never know what you will find and look for the promarkers there too as I saw some up for sale a little will ago.

Please can you tell me if you need a blog for the 'CCC' challenge? As you know I am 'blogless in the backwaters'

Oh! I am going to be busy, I treated my self to the Art Deco CD from Di Kaye. She lives in the town I visited on Friday and spotted a bit of inspiration in various cards I saw. It's just arrived

I'm going in now and i maybe some time!!!!!!

Hi The Wife - I don't think you need a blog to enter the CCC challenge, I think you can just email them your picture of your card and the will add it to their website - tashabeasley@hotmail.co.uk.

I'm sure a lady from here did this one week and it got posted up - think it was Furrypig.

OK i'm in work, and should be working but designing cards is so much more fun.

Can I have your honest opinions on this please. I've done it in publisher, as Saveapenny suggested (I have it on my work PC not home one) and it is for OH Step mothers husband, who we don't know that well. It is actually blue text and the cakes are colour, and plan to print it out on very smooth white card.

What do you think - won't be offended if anyone thinks it is carp. Sorry for the large picture.

Hello CT19720 - I think it's great! Love the 'Deco' style of writing - I haven't read all of it but am amazed at the other people who were born in 1939!and the wage difference between men & women!

My only thought would be to include him in the list of 'famous' people born that year? and maybe not have the people who died in bold? Sorry!

CT I love it, what a brilliant idea for a man's card. I do agree with Marg's suggestion of perhaps highlighting the people that were born that year and not having the people that died in bold.
