I thought you were up in toon land bunbun?

After the face OH pulled this afternoon when my latest lot of ebay purchases arrived I might not be allowed out :rotfl:.

I did get some stamped images to save buying the stamps but why don't the sellers stamp them all on the same sized pieces of card????? it's very irritating - maybe it's just me but it must be easier to cut out enough bits of say 3x3 card and then stamp them  (whinge over)
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

I am in Durham so a bit further south. Harrogate is probably an hour's drive. not sure about Doncaster.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments on the 70th card. The thought that some of you want to [STRIKE]steal[/STRIKE] borrow the idea is great so I am chuffed :D. Think this could become a regular for me for men's 'special' birthdays, as each year will be unique.

Need to do a card for a 50th coming up so will do another one of these, instead of doing what I was going to do, as I think this is so much better. I'll post photos of the actual cards, up when I do them.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

Doncaster is about 45 mins from me and harrogate about 90 mins so would say about an hour and 3/4

I need to do a 50th card as well but think she might brain me if I gave her all that info :rotfl:

Super cards everyone :T

Lovely idea collecting stuff for a birth date like that. I did a whole folder of stuff for my sons birthday two years ago -just googled in events for 1968 and loads of stuff came up, along with toys, prices, music hits, -I also did his star sign. He was really thrilled with it.

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

Did anyone else order the Cardmaker's Yearbook which someone kindly posted the link to a few days ago?

My one arrived today and it looks super from what I can see, I'll enjoy browsing through it tonight when OH is watching footie

Hi The Wife - I don't think you need a blog to enter the CCC challenge, I think you can just email them your picture of your card and the will add it to their website - tashabeasley@hotmail.co.uk.

I'm sure a lady from here did this one week and it got posted up - think it was Furrypig.

HTH

Hi yep I did manage to email a card to them that was entered but the next one I emailed I don't think did! So I decided I wouldn't email them anymore and would wait until I had an up and running blog.

Worth trying tho the Wife as I was probably just unlucky!
