Use the turkey meat, bacon and stuffing with a can of Campbell's condensed mushroom or chicken soup to make a pie? That is exactly what I did earlier this week, adding some leftover gammon too, and DH and kids all loved it (confession: I used ready-made pastry).0

We used to have "supreme"
Basically turkey/chicken leftovers, fried in butter with onions and mushrooms, then add flour then milk and cook for a bit, so it's all in a white sauce.
Serve with boiled rice, peas, and sprinkling of paprika :j
(no, I don't know why paprika but yum!)
I fancy some now, fancy sending a bag of turkey over? :rotfl:"She who asks is a fool once. She who never asks is a fool forever"

Try this older thread - leftover turkey.
My vote would be for curry, pie, risotto, soup, pasta bake.

That's great, thanks to all who replied - I now have some brilliant ideas for using up this turkey quickly! I think I will try one of the suggestions each week, that will clear the freezer.
Many thanks again - I couldn't think of anything beyond soup!!

I've just added your post to an earlier thread - so there are a few more ideas you could try.

Hi everyone, what are your favourite recipes for using leftover turkey after Christmas?0

Hi Everyone! Whilst trying to be very OS and planning my menus out a week in advance I'm now after recipes or ideas on Turkey leftovers. You all have such great recipe ideas that I'm sure there'll be some out there. I prefer hot meal ideas as I'm not keen on the taste of cold meat.If there is already a thread on this could someone please point me in the right direction?
TIA :T0 -
Hi SunnyGirl,
There's an earlier thread with lots of leftover turkey ideas that should help so I've added your post to it to keep the replies together.
