Gosh Sea sorry that you are having a tough time at the moment. And I am very sorry your oh is being such a &*()£$%^&! Not getting in touch with the children over the wwekend is pretty pants too.

Hope that you do keep a log of such things, it is important, as this obviously is NOT going to be settled amicably

Fancy having to cope with this ... I'm so sorry you're going through this, Sea. Nothing further to add thats useful, really, except to agree that you need to write down things like him not contacting over the weekend, and maybe threats made against you too.

All the best - thinking of you.

    hi all

well, a letter has gone to his solicitors now - it is a great letter - wich asks him to leave. We'll see if it does any good.

Told DD tonight that we were going to split up and live in different houses, all she is bothered about is that she wants to live with me most of the time.

Even in the hardest of moments, just remember that inner strength you have (even if u have to a practise run to find it!). From what I have interpreted you sound a lovely lady who has for one reason and another is going through a difficult time, and things will improve. The solicitors letter may provoke the situation, but stay strong and dont let him win.
As one of the other posters said get a diary and start logging the events of his unreasonable behaviour and then u have the proof if you need it.

Thats a massive hurdle with the solicitors letter, well done and big hugs for being so strong. xx
