oops, sorry must have missed that bit...if thats the case that appalling. When that guy at FSCS told me that I was :mad::mad::mad::mad:, as they should have sent forms out to those they knew they coudlnt help electronically........my thoughts go out to you.....this has been the most stressful time for so many of us................:o

What if anything are any of you going to treat yourself to? I'm going to get a giant American fridge and fill it with good quality lager, no more Tesco's own for me.

It seems that the people who think the FSCS have done a great job are the ones that received their second email early on and have had their money back for several weeks while a lot of people have had to worry and it does seem to be turning into a bit of a mess. I for one never received a second email but was able to initiate my claim on Tues!

I dread every February 29th. It breaks my heart saying "Let's see how it goes, we don't want to rush into it do we"
