Prompted by suesie's success I've just logged into my account and I was permitted to initiate my claim! PHEW! When I finished and logged out the mythical, legendary second e-mail was waiting for me.

I'm sure loads more people will be sorted today so good luck to everybody.

I offer no thanks to the FSCS, I can't believe that it couldn't have been done better from a perspective of peoples anxiety and stress.

We are however very pleased that at last you have received your 2nd email and one more person can sleep soundly tonight..

All of us at the FSCS have been told that the floggings will continue until moral improves ..

Still can't initiate. How f*cking annoying is that?! And I was all positive thoughts today! Will still send cheque and form to KR later today in the hope that something comes tomorrow or the next day.

without wanting to state the obvious, we shodul hold out hope that after that guy at FSCS upset me yesterday with duff info and i was still able to claim today, there is definitley hope that all else will get theres today.......will keep checking and everythign is crossed for you..............
