This day is definitely the nadir in all the weeks of waiting. Whilst I haven't actually shed tears yet I am very close to it now. Remember how thrilled we were when they said the payout process was starting second week in November, and now it is the 26th and practically everybody has been allowed to claim except us. I for one, with 61K STILL locked up, will be doing everything I can to claim back the lost interest. I hope others will see fit to do the same.

TBH I shed a lot of tears yesterday, and today when I logged on and the page had chancged I was so shcoked I just burst into tears and TBH that is not like me at all. Its all the stress of this and the waiting . I am sure you will hear soon ..........Mine is a substantail amount and I need it to live off at mo so, however I am in total agreement with the interest and woudl eb grateful for ideas in how we can go about it....

I got my 2nd e-mail yesterday and initiated my ISA and 3 joint accounts. Husband got his 12.27 today - Hurray!!! The joint Instant access account was no longer shown when he logged in and the 2 fixed accounts were shown as "Not Available" as we want them to run their term and I gave those instructions yesterday. What a relief now we've done them all!!
