My 2nd email arrived 3 minutes after I posted on here that I'd managed to do the claim, at 13.51. I think they "switch on" a batch of accounts and then send out the emails. Because of the volume of emails going out, I presume this will take several hours, hence the break between activation and receipt of email. As I've been typing this, my confirmation of claim emails have
just arrived.
I expect that means there won't be another batch today. :mad:0 -

Certainly not forgotten. Many thanks for starting this thread and keeping us all entertained and comforted that we were not alone. Hopefully you'll all be sorted by the end of the week. I suspect some new threads re - where's my paper claim, and where's my ISA certificate may follow yet!
Wonder if there's a spelling mistake in there somewhere for harrowing - wouldn't be surprised. And 'no' couldn't be bothered to download their spell checker.0 -

Myself and the wife share an email account and when we received our first emails we had no way of knowing which was which. However, the second email clearly states who it is intended for i.e Mrs C or Mr C..0 -
