No email yet but decided to log-in after reading so many success stories and guess what? ... yay, can initiate!
If you haven't tried then go and do so as obviously something has gone wrong with their emailing process today
Congratulations, Chameleon! That's brilliant news. Still not working for me.0 -
Hi,
I've just had my icesave 2nd email, am on my account page but now dont know what i should do as i must have missed something on the instructions....having viewed my accounts should i just log out to initiate?
It seems the page had frozen, as the 'initiate' instruction worked once i had repeated the log in. i had to repeat once more to complete so the whole process was a little sticky. But done now, I hope. good luck to everyone else.0 -
I also just decided to log in now and was able to claim, without recieving the email. The website was going slow, so perhaps the emails are on there way at the moment!0

If you were sitting on your icesave account whilst the email came, yes, that would be a good idea: come right out of Internet Explorer and then back in again, you should then see the "Initiate" link (blue & underlined) after you've logged in.0 -
Just logged onto my account and no luck yet  . I'm starting to get a bit peeved. I have a very large sum locked up in there and it is beginning to feel as if they are keeping me to the end to save the daily interest. I am (very
) early retired and this is the income I live off.

Got 1 of 2nd e-mail timed at 13.52 - it was for me as I could initiate, but husband still cannot initiate his ISA. I was able to initiate joint accounts as well as my ISA, so 4 done, 1 remaining.0
