Hi all mine - which I initiated today (25th) (no 2nd email) had 24th at the bottom as the date.

Now stressing because I have not had the 3rd email confirming transfer (Still not had 2nd either) but have printed everything off

Just got my email and have done the deed - wife still waiting - we were part of the talktalk fiasco so hope this is comfort to some also we have the same email address so that is not a problem.

Best of luck to the rest waiting (including my wife) I'd still like to know the criteria they used to send out the second email ?

Just checked again and it's no go on my statement it just says

Processed Balance as at 25/11/08

Hi All, 2nd e-mail received this afternoon for both of us, and both showed yesterdays date, so the theory about them being prepared the day before could well be true. We sincerely hope so for all you guys who are still waiting. Good Luck. We will be watching and waiting with you all.

Sorry but I am really upset now. some !!!!!! at FSCS said that if we havent had the second email now that we are not going to get it as they have all gone out and we have to bloody write in for a F*****g form!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

I'm feeling somewhat uneasy as I still haven't received the 2nd email, yet I initiated the claims over an hour ago. I can also still log into my accounts yet I'm sure someone else reported that once you'd claimed that's it you can't log in again

There appears to be an almightly balls up going on today and it doesn't look good :mad:
