    Please would someone else phone the FSCS to try to find out the truth because Susie got a different story to what I was told, one of them must be wrong.:)

    It's simple to get them and they answer quickly select option 4 and they answer straight away.

    We won't know for sure until another person phones them, the man I spoke to could be wrong but he did sound certain?

  • Hi - despite making my claim I can still login but when I try to initiate (I have 2 account ISA & Saver) the message then says
    "Your claim has been accepted and is currently being processed. If you have any queries please contact us on 0845 605 6050"

    Not sure if this is of any help to anyone

    Ditto for me, obviously will discover in a few days whether claim was successfully initiated. System was extremely slow during initiation claim. Just makes the wait longer

    I'm feeling somewhat uneasy as I still haven't received the 2nd email, yet I initiated the claims over an hour ago. I can also still log into my accounts yet I'm sure someone else reported that once you'd claimed that's it you can't log in again :confused:

    There appears to be an almightly balls up going on today and it doesn't look good :mad:

    I also did my claim an hour ago. I can still log in and go through thre process of initiating the claim, however it only goes so far then you get this message

    Your claim has been accepted and is currently being processed. If you have any queries please contact us on 0845 605 6050.


    I did read on a thread here somewhere that ppl were still able to log in for a while after they had initiated the claim so please don't fret too much

    Thanks for doing that but we still need a few more people to phone so that we know who to believe, you might have got the same bloke as me! :eek:
