i was filling out my new isa forms for scottish widows & needed the full balance including interest, logged on & thought i'd have a go at 'initiate' claim...

hey presto! 1 ISA & 1 Easy Access Savings a/c now claimed for!

1st emails were received ok, no 2nd email received & hubby's ISA is still in never never land.

a part success anyway, good luck to everyone else waiting...;)
