if you can imagine Approved foods sales has just gone through the roof.. in the begining they were sending out straight away, but now with the back log of orders it is now longer..

Dan if you could just let us now what is the average turn around.. from ordering to dispatch so we can let people know in future posts...

also maybe an update on your website re- the above info....

The confirmation email is sufficient you can check the status of your order on your google account. When the goods have been dispatched you will get another email.

Is it legal to sell out of date food? , one of the problems with buying food stuff from a site like this is you will have no idea where this food has been , how it has travelled and how or where it has been stored
It is not illegal to sell products that are past their 'best before'.
'best before' is to do with quality.
'consume before' or 'expiry date' is to do with food safety.
  • Can this site get any better?!

now this would be excellent if you were close enough to go to the warehouse, but 6 x 1.5 litres of water would soon bump up you weight so for me would not be worth ordering....

but you got to give it to htem over in AF ....not even making a penny profit..lol...

They have a warehouse that is open to the public so you can see how it is stored, no different to how it would be stored in Mr T/Mr S, same as how its travelled.

They all get deliveries from the same companies.

IIRC it said in one of the newspapers this weekend that he buys food off the big supermarkets/retailers/manufacturers who can't shift it in time.
