I ordered on 4 Jan and my order has just been successfully delivered.
I think the delay was DHL again as according to tracking it couldn't come Friday due to "adverse weather"; but we have school dinners delivered from same area and they got through ok.
One of my ketchup had split but I'm not too bothered as only small amount had come out and had only gone onto other bottle of ketchup , I put it into another container otherwise very well packaged.
Will defo be ordering again.

if anyone is having problems with google check out etc... why dont you phone Dan and explain what is happening he might come up with am alterative..
Dan just a thought .. i know you can not have google checkout and paypal together on your website, but by the sounds of it some people would like to use their money that is in their paypal account from sales on ebay etc..
maybe you could consider doing a sort of independant ordering.. maybe emailing you the order direct, and then you sending the buyer a paypal invoice..
i know you are swomped with orders, and this could be a bit of a pain.. but it would help alot of people out....Work to live= not live to work0 -

I can actually understand if he didn't want to use PP - their fees can take a huge chunk out of profits particularly if he is working on small margins (which he must be)
Although by the same token I can understand why folk want to use it as well ...
Must say I initially found Google difficult to register with, so I do sympathise.0 -
