...and some of us have had terrible experiences! It's an opinion. You don't have to agree.

  • OK I won't take the mickey out of DHL, they manage that all by themselves. The latest update on my delivery is the delivery driver left a card yesterday, but our address doesn't seem to exist so they're not sure where he left the card  I was asked, twice, if I'm sure of the postcode and it must be a new build as the local depot can't find the house on their maps. We live on a farm that has been here for over a hundred years and the house itself is 60+ years old

They will be attempting delivery again on Tuesday apparently, if the food wasn't out of date when it was sent then it sure as hell will be by the time I get it

I'm sorry Dan but as long as the deliveries are only done by DHL then I'm not sure my blood pressure can cope if I order again :(

My DHL Driver is great - he's actually handicapped (only has one arm!) but he manages reat and is always very friendly and polite and helpful. He's been our DHL driver for several years.

Many home delivery drivers are under a lot of pressure to do a certain number of drops per day, so some less customer service driven drivers will do 'unknown address' etc - but they probably won't have their jobs for very long - the companies keeps stats on those sorts of things as well as number of drops, and anything out of the norm is noticed.
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
