I emailed yesterday morning because items were missing from my delivery, no reply yet but am assuming they are really busy so will give it a couple of days.

Might take them a while - they're very busy catching up on a 4 day backlog of orders, so they probably haven't got time to check emails more than once a day. Phone Dan on his mobile (front page of their website) as suggested above.
  • Well I have had a chance to sample some of my delights and even my OH who said it would be rubbish was very impressed. I only did a little order but now I've seen/tasted how good it is I want to order more

Poor Dan I reckon you are going to be inundated again next week when you update the site and start taking orders again. Apologies in advance for adding to your workload but PLEASE let us know when it is updated! :D
  • I don't go by best before dates... I do however pay close attention to use by dates!

As an indicator for folk, I spoke with Dan yesterday and as well as the massive increase in orders, he's receiving in excess of 2,000 (yes, two thousand, not a typo!) emails per day.

    They're doing their best guys...

Anybody any ideas what DHL stands for?

    Doesn't Handle Lightly
    Delayed - Hopelessly Lost
    Dislikes Heavy Loads

    Any ideas?

DHL have done their usual trick and "mislaid" my parcel  Just waiting for them to ring back to let me know if they've found it and IF they will be delivering sometime this century  . It's always the same with them, just because we live on a farm the drivers never seem able to find the address, or just can't be bothered?

I totally agree! We're on a farm as well...and I think they just can't be bothered half the time...or dump it at any address, even when it has to be signed for!! It drives me potty sometimes :mad:

  • Apparently there was noone available to take delivery so they left a card this time, not quite sure how that works since there are two houses here, both with someone in all day, two dogs who go nuts if anyone comes up the lane (noone did apart from the postie) so someone somewhere has my card or some van driver couldn't be bothered again
