got mine today and put my claim in straight away i want my cash so only 5 days to wait and 14 days for my ISA certificate

I got like an update email from FCS tonight and they said to try even though I technically havnt recieved the 2nd email - i just tried and have managed to transfer the funds to my bank so hopefully in 5 days thats the end of the saga,for anyone who still waiting for 2nd email suggest you keep logging in and if you see the word Initiate then try it and see what happens.

Husband received his second e mail yesterday teatime, however having initiated 2 accounts successfully, half way through the last one he had a site error so goodness knows where we are with that - guess we'll see what hits the bank account, least the bulk of it should now be winging its way back thankfully.!

OH initiated 2 accounts yesterday, we can still get into his accounts and have only had one confirmation back.

FSCS today said that they have had lots of reports that the claim emails are not coming through and to give it another day before contacting them on 0845 605 6050

I'm still waiting for my initiate email.

After receiving my 2nd e-mail at 16.41 on Friday and initiating a couple of hours later, the money is now safely back in my current account. I'm like a dog with two tails!
